Samsung has a good run on the Blackjack style smartphone. Ever since the Motorola Q hit the streets, the Microsoft smart phone hardware platform never looked so good.
Samsung continued this trend of the Windows Mobile smart phone OS but with an exposed qwerty keyboard. Thats where the i780 evoles past it's Blackjack heritage.
The i780 has a slim feel to it, even though its running with a rather large battery. Thats a good thing, since the first generation Blackjack was a power sucker.

I have posted a video of the Samsung i780. This video covers the hardware overview of the i780. Overall a pretty cool device with some interesting hardware additions that makes using the i780 a little more berable, for a Windows Mobile device.

It been a few days using the i780 and so far a little odd paring of Windows Mobile Professional in a Smart phone platform. Is there where we are heading? Check out the screen shots of of the i780 running Windows Mobile Professional. Samsung did include some nice additional applications.
